After a 2.5-month hiatus, i’m back for more baking!
For my first bake after the break, my friend requested chocolate lava cakes. So i decided to use the recipe from my previous post with a couple changes:
Instead of powdered sugar, i used 4 tbsp granulated sugar. And i replaced the 2 egg yolks with an egg. This time i only managed to fill 3 ramekins. I used a convection oven so it was 400°F instead of 425°F. And it took only 10 minutes instead of 13.
The result was still awesome: chocolatey & decadent chocolate lava cake.
