Couple days ago i made some savory monkey muffins. Today i’m going the sweet route and stuff these babies with my favorite chocolate candy!

Ingredients:
1/2 can biscuit dough (5 biscuits)
Chocolate Candy
2 Tbsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 Tbsp Butter
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400˚F. Cut biscuits in fourths and cube chocolate candy (20 pieces).

Flatten each biscuit and place one cube of chocolate candy in center of each. Fold biscuit dough around candy and form into ball.

In plastic bag combine sugar and cinnamon. Add dough balls to bag, seal bag, and shake until well coated.

Microwave butter and brown sugar on high 60 seconds, stopping halfway to stir. Remove and stir until caramel consistency.

To greased muffin pan, add 4 balls into each cup and drizzle with caramel. Bake 8-10 minutes. Remove from pan and enjoy!

These muffins are so yummy! They have a crispy exterior that taste like churros, but when you bite into it, the molten chocolate candy inside oozes out and fills your mouth with chocolatey goodness! And the sticky caramel sauce gives it an extra layer of texture & flavor. I’m embarrassed to say i finished all five of these muffins as soon as they came out of the oven! Fortunately i managed to take some pics before i gobbled them all. I’ll be making these again shortly 😛
