My baking experiment #120 – Nutella rolls

Today is World Nutella Day. Nutella is one of my favorite things. I love eating it straight out of the jar with a spoon. Nutella goes great with everything: on bread, on waffles, on crepes, on croissants, on rolls… it just makes everything taste better!

To celebrate this wonderful day, I made some easy Nutella rolls.

6 refrigerated biscuit dough
1/2 cup Nutella

Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray 6-cup muffin tin with cooking spray.

Use rolling pin to roll out each biscuit until double in size. Spread 1-2 Tbsp Nutella on each piece of dough.

Roll up dough and cut into three sections. Place pieces cut side up into one cup of muffin tin. Repeat for all six rolls. Bake 15 minutes until golden brown.

These cute rolls are crispy on the outside, soft & tender inside with a light Nutella taste. You can slather on more Nutella or some icing if desired, but i enjoyed them just as is. They are so yummy! Perfect for breakfast with a cup of coffee 🙂
