- 20 sandwich cookies
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz cool whip, thawed
- frozen berries
- Finely crush cookies in food processor. Mix in melted butter until evenly combined. Press into bottom and sides of pie plate evenly and firmly. Chill for 30 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese with electric mixer until smooth. Mix in cool whip until evenly combined. Fold in frozen berries.
- Pour mixture into chilled crust. Cover and chill pie for at least 2 hours.
And that’s all there is to it! Since this pie is for a party i can’t cut into it just yet, but i did taste some of the leftover filling and it sure is yummy! Can’t wait to eat it!
